♥ Italy ♥

Last week I went on an adventure, oh no, there were 12 more people in my situation. They were Turkish, Greek and Portuguese.
On the September the 25th, we (me and another girl – Tamára) went to Italy with our teachers. Our flight left Portugal at 7:20 am (yawn) and arrived at Rome at 11:05 am, then we went from Rome to San Benedetto del Tronto by train, which took about six hours, so that Sunday we didn’t  see anything (oh). We stayed from Sunday to Saturday morning with a family, because we were a part of the Comenius Project, which involves (in this case) seven schools in six countries (Portugal, Italy, Poland, Romania, Greece and Turkey).
Anyway, on Monday I met a lot of people like Batuhan, Sϋleyman, Eren, Serenay, Féyza, Ànna, Marilia, Elena, Fotini, Stathis and Thodoris, obviously, we also met Italian people like Greta, Luca, Valentina, Martina and I also met another Turkish living in Italy, Eren
and many more, that day we cooked lunch for the foreign students and teachers and then we went home. Tuesday was the first sports’ day. We, in the morning, watched a pie being made and we rowed. I had lunch at McDonald’s and we (me, Tamára and Féyza) went to the beach (yay!), where we found some of the Turkish students (Batuhan,Sϋleyman , Eren and Eren). On Wednesday morning we went to Loreto (a little town near S. Benedetto Del Tronto) and in the afternoon we roller skated, which I loved, and went to the beach, later. Thursday, we went to Ascoli Piceno (the capital of the district) and saw a museum about Leonardo DaVinci. On Friday, we went to the Sibilini Mountains (Montefortino) and visited some museums and a castle. That night, there was a great goodbye dinner, where we were and really sad, and on Saturday morning we went to Rome (me, Tamára and the teachers) and we slept in a Hotel. In Rome we visited the Coliseum, the Fontana di Trevi, The Saint Peter’s Cathedral (we actually saw the Pope) and we saw the King Victor Emmanuel Monument, the Vittoriano.
At 07:25 pm on Sunday we, officially, left Rome, Italy.
Thank you for the beautiful journey we embarked upon together.
